We are an authorized PAN Application Center under the UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL), a Government of India Company.

Policies

Terms and Conditions

The terms on which we take on PAN work: what is agreed before we start, what we need from you, and what we can and cannot promise.

In effect from 1 September 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are with you and Billwing Esolutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., a private company under the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at House No. 1262, L Block, Mangolpuri, North West Delhi 110083.

These terms apply whenever you use this website or request us to carry out PAN work. Requesting us to carry out PAN work means acceptance of these terms. If any of the terms do not suit you, please notify us before we commence the work, and not after.

2. What we are, and what we are not

We are a private company and a authorized PAN application center under UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL), a Government of India company. Our center is listed on the UTIITSL Center Locator, and you can find us there.

This site does not belong to the Government of India. This site is not a department of the Income Tax, UTIITSL or Protean (NSDL), nor do we represent them in any capacity.

PAN is issued by the Income Tax Department. We prepare the application and file it on your behalf. We follow up on your application; we do not make a decision on your application.

3. What we do

We manage all documentation, filing, and follow-up for PAN work: new PAN requests for individuals, name, DoB, father's name or address corrections on PAN, PAN reprints, and replacements when a card gets lost or damaged.

The work involves preparing the forms with the information provided, reviewing your proofs against the requirements of the form, filing the application, and answering, if any, objections raised by the agency on the application.

4. Scope, price and government fees

Before any work begins, you get detailed information about the work and a final, firm price. This firm price is how we charge for that work. GST, at the applicable rate, is itemized separately on our invoice.

The government or agency fee for the application is a separate amount and is set by the agency and therefore beyond our control. It is passed on as charged.

If the work does significantly change because you request additional applications, or the work scope increases, we will advise you of the new work price and will not continue any of the work until we receive your acceptance. We do not charge per application, and we do not charge for follow-up phone calls.

Payment is due as specified when the work is confirmed and the work scope is finalized. Work will cease on an unpaid invoice and we will notify you if this will happen.

5. What we need from you

How well an application performs will depend on how well it’s filled out. Therefore, please ensure that your details and uploaded documents are accurate, current, and complete and that the documents submitted are yours.

We do what we are told to do. We review your uploaded proofs against what the form required. We also flag documents that likely will give rise to an objection. As previously stated, we cannot determine whether a document is genuine or whether information provided is accurate. We will not be responsible for a rejection due to information that we were provided that was either wrong or incomplete.

Please respond when we request information. Objects raised by the agency have their own deadlines. Submitting information after the said deadlines may affect the application.

6. Timelines

Any timeline we give you is an estimate, made in good faith from how long this work usually takes. It is not a guaranteed date.

One part of it is the paperwork and filing, which is in our hands and which we will keep moving. The rest is the agency's own processing and the post, which move at their own speed. We will always tell you which part of a timeline can really be moved and which part cannot.

7. What we cannot promise

We cannot promise that an application will be approved, that a PAN will be allotted by a particular date, or that no objection will be raised. Those decisions belong to the Income Tax Department and its processing agencies.

What we do promise is that the work is done properly and on time at our end, that objections are answered, and that you are told the truth about where your application stands.

8. Cancelling the work

You can stop the work at any point by telling us in writing. Tell us as early as you can, because what can be done depends on how far the application has gone.

A government or agency fee already paid on your application cannot be recovered by us once it has been paid to the agency. Anything else is settled case by case, and we will put our position in writing before anything is charged or returned.

We may decline or stop work ourselves if the information given to us is false, if a document appears not to belong to the applicant, or if we are asked to do something that is unlawful. If that happens, we will tell you why.

9. Our responsibility

If we get something wrong at our end, tell us and we will put it right, which normally means refiling or correcting the application at no further fee from us.

Beyond that, our total liability for any claim connected with the work is limited to the fee you paid us for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by the processing agency, the post, or information that was wrong when it was given to us.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Confidentiality and your information

Your documents and details are used for your application and nothing else. How we hold them, who they go to and how long they are kept is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We never ask for your card number, net-banking password, banking OTP or Aadhaar OTP by email, chat or phone. If anyone asks for those in our name, it is not us.

11. Using this website

The text, layout, logo and images on this site belong to us and may not be copied, republished or scraped for another site without our written permission.

The material here is general information about PAN work, not tax or legal advice for your particular situation. The Track PAN page is a lookup tool, not a live feed from the processing agency: status is held on the agency's own system, and where it cannot be read back automatically we look it up by hand.

We keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Where we link to UTIITSL, the Income Tax Department or another site, we do so because it is useful. Those sites are run by other organisations, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date, and this one is in effect from 1 September 2026. The terms that apply to your work are the ones in effect when we agreed the scope with you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If something has gone wrong, please raise it with us first. Most things are sorted out with a phone call.
